CLOTHING EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (including shipping the product back and shipping out the new product).
DAMAGED
Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a refund once the damaged item has been delivered back to us. Shipping duties are ineligible for refund.
